Head Coach – Travis Tanguay (MYA Golf Equipment Manager)
Travis has been playing golf with friends and family for over 20 years but recently started playing more often in an afternoon men’s league. Grew up in Chelmsford, MA in a hockey family and moved to Merrimack in 2012 to start his own family. Always wishing he had gotten the chance to be more involved earlier on in the sport of golf, now excited to get younger kids a chance to be exposed and fall in love with the game as he will be one of the Spring 2025 coaches.
Assistant Coach – Shayne Albuquerque
Shayne was born and raised in Merrimack and now has a wife, Meredith, and two kids – both part of the program also. He is really excited to be a part of the coaching experience for MYA Golf, as long as we don’t confuse him with the head coach 😉
Assistant Coach – Justin Gagne
We are still awaiting a photo and bio from Justin, but he’s been busy getting ready for season. Making repairs to our equipment shed and getting practices ideas going. He’s super excited to be part of the MYA Golf program and helping his son learn the game as one of the players!
Assistant Coach – Aaron McAloon
We are still awaiting a photo and bio from Aaron, but he too has been busy helping us get ready for the season. His son is part of the program and they are both ready to tee off!!
